The E.U & U.S have approved Microsoft's takeover of ZeniMax Media, which includes the studio, Bethesda Softworks.
In a deal that's worth around $7.5 Billion, once all the paperwork is out the way, Xbox's first-party studios will jump to 23.

Bethesda currently has a few games in development, the one nearest completion is Starfield. A huge free roam RPG. Could this be the first Xbox exclusive from Bethesda? I'm not sure, but what I am sure about is that some Bethesda games will be multi-platform. Starfield is a new i.p, so it is very possible it will only come to the Xbox Ecosystem. Obviously, Bethesda will honor all contracts signed before Microsoft buy out as Phil Spencer also stated today at the roundtable. However that doesn't mean they will not come to Xbox first, and on game pass from day one.
With the deal being completed were already seeing 20 more Bethesda games being added to Xbox game pass today 3/12/21.

Don't expect any news on upcoming games as I think they will save that for around the E3 dates.
I for one am super excited by all of this and I know Microsoft has other major announcements to make soon.
